Damson Cottage, Breach Farm (Self Catering)

Damson Cottage has a Four Star Rating by the English Tourism Council; it has a ground floor double bedroom and sleeps two. It is double glazed, centrally heated and comfortably furnished with a mix of antiques and old pine, all with your comfort in mind.

There is a light spacious sitting room with views of the surrounding hills. Television, video, DVD payer and a CD/radio/tape player are provided for your entertainment along with a selection of books and games. French doors open onto the patio and enclosed garden area. 

Leading on from the sitting room is a well equipped kitchen with gas cooker, fridge and microwave. You have use of a shared utility room with deep freezer, washing machine and ironing facilities. 

The cottage has a comfortable double bedroom furnished with antiques, and next door, a modern bathroom with bath and shower over.

The cottages are available from 3pm on day of arrival, and we ask you to leave by 10am on the morning of your departure

For the comfort of all our guests, all the properties are totally non-smoking and we regret pets are not permitted.

Accessibility

1 step up from the outside. 1 step in the hallway. Outsde 2 steps from the patio to the lawn.

Conditions of Letting 

Deposit of 20% with booking (please phone to confirm availablity)
Balance due 1 month before start of holiday.

Arrival and Departure

Incoming – 3pm onwards
Outgoing – by 10am

Cancellation

If you cancel or shorten your holiday you will still be liable for payment – usually two thirds of the balance unless the cottage is re-let. 

Please note – deposits are non-refundable.

Accommodation

Damson Cottage accommodates two. Let on the understanding that parties do not exceed that number.

Bicycles and other large leisure items should not be taken into or stored in the cottages. Outside storage is available.

The cottages are let on a No – Smoking basis.

No Pets allowed.
